Judah Maccabee by Steve Rude

Copied from an early issue of Nexus. It was suggested that I study the artists I love to better my own craft, thus the last post of Johnny Comet by Frank Frazetta and this one by Steve Rude. I really like the boldness of line and beautiful Andrew Loomis-like figures Steve Rude can do.

I have difficulty copying line for line. I just don't have that steady of a hand yet. So here is my roughest of approximations.
