Welcome to my art blog. This is ROM. He's shiny and the first of my inked pics. ROM the Spaceknight is a toy and a Marvel comic from back in the day. I later found that nearly all of my favorite comics from that time were written by
Bill Mantlo. Specifically the Hulk, Micronauts, and ROM. This pic was done about a month ago to get a head start on the blog. I'm posting to both get some feedback as well as to force myself to practice my inking, hoping to improve. I plan on posting at least 2 pieces a week. Also, I've adjusted the contrast levels on these pics to make the blacks blacker.
Awesome! Great to finally see some of your work on the big screen (i.e. my monitor). Hope to see plenty more!
